Mashikhin Yuri Pavlovich

Mashikhin Yuri Pavlovich is a research scientist, engineer, developer of complex control systems, algorithms and control programs, honorary member of many scientific societies and conferences (Ukraine, Uzhgorod).

Yuri Pavlovich Mashikhin was born in 1938 in Kamchatka. In 1960 he graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute in Sverdlovsk, Radio Engineering Faculty, specialty "Automatic control equipment". He defended his thesis project and started his production activity at the Research Institute of Automation in Sverdlovsk.

The work was related to the simulation of flight control systems of the first spacecraft. He organized and managed a Computing Center with the first samples of computers, on which automated production management systems (ACS) were developed and implemented at the Pervouralsky Novotrubny Plant. He took part together with the IAT of the USSR Academy of Sciences in the development of automated control systems by technological processes in the workshop. Since 1965, chief designer of automated control system projects of the USSR Ministry of Electrotechnical Industry, development of a technical project for an automatic plant for the production of electric motors in Uzhgorod in Ukraine. Since 1988 proactively developed theses "Introduction to political cybernetics". In April 1998, he developed a Vector Theory of Political Technologies, which can be represented as the "genome of the state", i.e. the structure of the state, by analogy with a living organism.

As the long-term experience of participation in conferences and round tables has shown, the new ideas, theories and technologies of state construction proposed by the author, allowing to see and make transparent the system of power at any level, have not yet been accepted by the existing scientific clan, which, however, in 2003 recognized the "crisis of political knowledge", and in 2005 defined the reason: "a crisis of disoriented consciousness (in other words, a split of the mind or "political schizophrenia" – Yu. M.)", which led to a systemic crisis of political power in 2005. In this regard, his systematic philosophical developments of recent years are important: "Science, philosophy and religion in the theological aspect", "Model of civilization development based on the interaction of the Noosphere and the biosphere", "Knowledge inflation and deflation of culture", "Discovery of the BIOS and Logos axes", etc. articles.
