He studied at the University of Missouri-Columbia, USA (PhD in Physics), at B. S. Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea.
Research interests: Plasma physics, Astronomy and Astrophysics.As the first author, 60 scientific papers have been published in international and domestic journals, and 10 books have been co-authored.
