is a famous Tibetologist, one of the most prominent Russian scholars of Buddhist culture and philosophy of Asian countries, a student of Y.N. Roerich Vilena Sandzheevna Dylykova-Parfionovich.

The program of the Congress includes the presentation of the second book of V.S. Dylykova "Kalachakra Tantra" - a unique translation of the sacred Tibetan texts, for the first time in Russian.

The book was published with the blessing of His Holiness the Dalai Lama XIV.
