Public offer for the conclusion of the contract of donation for the implementation of statutory activities of the Foundation for support and development of THEOSOPHY.

1. The meaning of this public offer
1.1 This public offer (hereinafter - the Offer) is an offer of the TEOSOPHIA Support and Development Fund (hereinafter - the Fund), represented by the President Alexander Sergeyevich Kuleshov, acting on the basis of the Charter, to conclude with any person who responds to the Offer a donation agreement in accordance with Article 582 of the Russian Federation Civil Code (hereinafter - the Agreement), on the terms and conditions provided below.
1.2 The Offer is public in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.3. The Offer shall be effective from the day following the day of its posting on the Fund website at: www.fondtheosophy.ru
1.4. The Offer is valid indefinitely. The Fund has the right to cancel the Offer at any time without giving reasons.
1.5. Amendments and additions may be made to the Offer which take effect from the day following the day they are posted on the Fund website.
1.6. Invalidity of one or more conditions of the Offer does not entail invalidity of all other conditions of the Offer.
1.7. The place of placement of the Offer is St. Petersburg, the Russian Federation.
1.8 By accepting the terms of this Offer, the Donor confirms the voluntary and gratuitous nature of the donation.
1.9 Terms and definitions:
Foundation - a non-profit organization, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, established for the purpose of forming property on the basis of voluntary property contributions, as well as other income not prohibited by law and using this property for the development and support of theosophy to meet spiritual and other non-material needs of the society.
Contributor - a person who has made a voluntary transfer of money as a donation to the Foundation.
Donation - funds voluntarily transferred to the Foundation by the Donor in the amount determined by the Donor.
Website - the Foundation's electronic resource located at: www.fondtheosophy.ru
2. Material conditions of the Agreement
2.1 The Contributor and the Foundation are parties to the contract. 2.2 The donation amount is determined by the Contributor.

2.3 Purpose of donation:
- Implementation of the project(s) of the Foundation, information about which is placed on the Foundation's Website in the section "PROJECTS";
- Carrying out statutory activities;
- Maintenance of an organization.
A donor may choose to indicate one of the options for a donation when filling out a donation form at the Foundation's website in the section "GIVING MONEY".
2.5 Upon receipt of a donation, which does not indicate the purpose of the donation, the Foundation may use the donation at its discretion for its statutory activities and maintenance of the Foundation (payment of salaries to administrative and management personnel, transportation costs, rental payments for premises, etc.) 3.
3. The procedure of conclusion of the Agreement
3.1 Agreement is concluded by way of acceptance of the Offer by a Donor by transferring a donation to the Fund.
3.2 The date of acceptance of the Offer and, accordingly, the date of the agreement is the date of receipt of funds from the Donor to the account of the Foundation.
3.3 When transferring a donation, a fee may be charged from the Donator, depending on the selected method of payment.
3.4 More details about the procedure and terms of donation are given on the Foundation's website and other sources, specified on the Foundation's website.
3.5 The Donor does not set a time limit for the use of the Donation by the Foundation.
4. Other conditions
4.1 By taking actions under this Offer, the Contributor confirms that he is familiar with the terms and text of this Offer, the objectives of the Fund, is aware of the importance of his actions, has the full right to perform them and fully accepts the terms of this Offer.
4.2 By accepting the Offer, the Donor agrees to the indication of his/her surname, first name, patronymic in the report on the receipt of funds, posted on the Foundation's website, except for cases when the donation is anonymous.
4.3 The Foundation has the right to enter into donation agreements with reference to the Offer in a different way than it is provided in the Offer. In this case, the meaning and application of the Offer shall be determined by the terms of such contracts. The Fund has the right to enter into donation agreements in other manner and/or under other conditions than those provided by the Offer.
4.4 This Offer enters into force from the moment of its posting on the Website and is valid until its cancellation by the Foundation.
4.5 The Fund has the right to unilaterally amend the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time without prior notice. The new version of the Offer enters into force from the date of its posting on the Fund website.
4.6 The Foundation undertakes to use the donation in strict compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and within the framework of its statutory activities.
4.7 The donor has the right to demand the cancellation of the donation and the return of the transferred funds in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.8 In all other cases, which are not stipulated by this Offer, the parties are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
